Frankie Shorez is a singer-songwriter based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, known for her soulful voice, emotionally driven songwriting, and dynamic live performances. Since emerging on the Kansas City music scene in 2022, she has quickly built a reputation through appearances at local staples like The Fling KC, The Rino, Knuckleheads, and The Phoenix.

A songwriter as well as a performer, Frankie has contributed to several standout Kansas City artists, with multiple unreleased collaborations currently in development. Her own catalog began at age 17 with the release of her debut SoundCloud single “Shame,” and has since grown to include self-produced tracks like “Need That Back,” “Love My Baby,” and “Sam.” Her hands-on approach to music is backed by formal training at the Phil Rodgers Foundation of Music, where she studied audio recording, mixing, and mastering.

In 2026, Frankie is set to release her highly anticipated EP, Project Lullaby, a deeply personal body of work that reflects her growth as both a songwriter and producer. Alongside her original music career, she is an active and in-demand wedding vocalist, bringing a refined, heartfelt touch to ceremonies and private events across the region.

Beyond her solo work, Frankie is the founder and frontwoman of her band Mercy Fire, where she continues to book, curate, and build immersive live experiences. Her background also includes four years as a professional modeling instructor with Barbizon USA, adding to her strong stage presence and artistic versatility.
